We had approximately eighty lights to change over. Most of them required a boom truck to to install which they provided. This allowed for them to reach remote lights without us having to shift inventory around. The entire install took place outside of business hours. Our staff was able to simply walk in and see the transformation. The lighting is much brighter and properly focused. It is also censored which saves additional money as they dim or turn off when there is no activity in the area. It is a pleasure to know we are receiving more light for less money. The installers were courteous and professional throughout. They left the premises cleaner than when they came in (hard to believe but true). When I realized that one small segment of lights were not quite what I wanted, they switched them right away - no questions asked. No additional charge. We were also seamlessly guided through the process of a significant government rebate through Ontario's Retrofit Program. They did all the heavy lifting apart from a couple simple tasks I had to do to authorize them as agents on behalf of Gensco Equipment.
